Personal Assistant. Overview: We are seeking a highly organised and confident Personal Assistant to provide dedicated support to one of the Directors within an NHS Trust based in Cheltenham. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment and is comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the Director's day-to-day activities, ensuring their schedule runs smoothly, meetings are well-prepared, and communications are handled efficiently and professionally. This is a 6 month temporary contract. (Possibility of an extension) Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive PA support to Director, including complex diary management and meeting coordination. Prepare and manage agendas, take accurate minutes, and ensure timely follow-up on actions. Manage and field incoming enquiries and correspondence, exercising discretion, initiative, and sound judgement. Support in drafting business cases, justifying spend, and coordinating with procurement teams when necessary. Utilise Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage documents, reports, and presentations. Use AI tools such as Microsoft Co-Pilot to enhance productivity and streamline administrative processes.
