Inside Sales Manager – Full Time, Permanent Position
Working in a fast-paced environment, this role involves handling inbound new business inquiries within the B2B market sectors. Following the sales model to maximize opportunities, you will qualify new customer sales inquiries, either converting them into sales or passing them to a more appropriate team based on the business size. The role includes managing incoming and outgoing sales calls, live chats, digital leads, and inbound emails, while achieving objectives aligned with the Hygiene Sales strategy.
Areas of Responsibility
* Coordinate “New Business” inquiries for PHS Hygiene by qualifying all prospect leads to assign to the appropriate sales teams to maximize opportunities.
* Use Salesforce effectively to record all key customer information, ensuring a smooth transition for the customer.
* Identify customer needs and upsell opportunities to maximize sales for new customers within the Inside Sales Team.
* Handle new business inquiries and explore upsell opportunities for ‘PHS House Accounts’.
* Focus on the effectiveness, efficiency, and quality of leads and sales activities, not just quantity.
* Follow up on quotations within an SLA of 72 hours to close sales over the phone.
* Pass sales leads to relevant teams as needed.
* Accurately forecast and meet revenue targets.
* Use the CRM system to record, manage, and develop opportunities.
