Responsibilities
* Managing hard and soft services across the contract
* Ensuring the PPM and reactive maintenance of the 3 local schools is completed in line with KPI's
* Deliver lifecycle and planned project works across the roles
* Ensuring technical and statutory compliance across the contract and assets
* Conducting site audits and risk assessments as required (SHEQ)
* Staff management and progression planning
* Completing the works within budget and managing the P+L to ensure profit is maintained on the contract.
* Managing external subcontractors as required
* Working with customer to make sure they're pleased with the service and a strong relationship is forged.
Qualifications
* Experience in an FM management role
* Hard and Soft Services Management is Advantageous
* Health and Safety knowledge is a must - IOSH certificate is preferable.
* Experience working in education or PFI is an advantage
