Role:
Mobile Fabric Engineer
Hours:
40 hrs/week
Location:
Swindon, SN11BD
Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver building fabric maintenance and repairs including plumbing, carpentry, painting, and patch works.
* Carry out minor mechanical/electrical repairs and planned preventive maintenance (PPMs).
* Maintain inspection logs, remedial reports, and communicate updates to clients.
* Perform tasks such as door repairs, ceiling tile replacements, tiling, and gutter clearance.
* Ensure compliance with Health & Safety standards and maintain equipment condition.
What we're looking for:
* Experience in facilities management or building services.
* Trade background or served experience in a similar role.
* Basic electrical and/or plumbing skills.
* Manual handling certified and physically fit for working at heights and confined spaces.
* Strong communication skills and IT literacy for task recording and updates.
