A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Full Time Office Supervisor to run the Customer Service department working at our Membury Depot.
Within the role of Office Supervisor you will be required to work Saturday mornings on a rota basis, which will be paid at overtime rate.
About the Office Supervisor role:
* 40 hours per week
* Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
* Supervise and coordinate daily activities and operations within the team
* Direct workflow to colleagues
* Manage the stock reconciliation process, balancing receipts with sales
* Accounting for the movement of fuel
* Offer training, development and support
* Regular 1-2-1's with the team
* Find solutions to reoccurring problems
* Take accountability for any escalated customer queries
* Provide telephone / administrative support during busy times and to cover holiday and other absence
* Act as main liaison with other departments / depots
About you:
1. Experience as a supervisor (essential)
2. Experience in the fuel industry (desirable)
3. Able to influence
4. A good delegator
