Job Summary
We are seeking two compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide high-quality support to individuals in their own homes. The successful candidates will play a vital role in assisting clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities
* Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Support clients with daily routines in accordance with care plans
* Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life
* Help with medication management and ensure adherence to prescribed care routines
* Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any concerns to senior staff
* Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
* Take clients to appointments or outings if required, ensuring safe transportation
* Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to coordinate care needs
Skills
* Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
* Strong organisational skills to follow care plans accurately and efficiently
* Good IT skills for maintaining records and using relevant software systems
* Compassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for others
* Ability to work independently in clients home environment
* Valid driving licence is required alongside a vehicle with business insurance or the ability to reliably get to clients in remote areas in a timely manner
* Knowledge of care procedures within care homes or home settings is advantageous but not essential

This role will start as a part time role, with full time increase for the right candidates.
