Business Development Executive
to join their team in Essex.
This role is focused on generating new business opportunities by reaching out to business owners and senior decision-makers, uncovering funding needs, and qualifying high-quality leads for the Broker Team. It's a fast-paced, target-driven role that offers clear progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls per day to business directors and key decision makers
Build rapport with prospects, uncover funding requirements, and assess suitability for finance solutions
Qualify opportunities and hand over to the Broker Team for progression
Maintain accurate records of activity and opportunities in the CRM system
Develop a strong understanding of the company's finance products and services to confidently engage with prospects
What we're looking for:
Previous experience in sales, lead generation, or telesales
Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage senior stakeholders
Resilient, proactive, and comfortable working in a high-volume outbound call environment
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail
Target-driven with the ability to consistently achieve daily call and lead-generation KPIs
