This role is focused on stabilising, maintaining, and improving a critical ITSM platform while supporting internal teams and ensuring operational resilience. This is a hands-on, senior-level role where you'll combine technical expertise with advisory responsibilities, working closely with engineers and stakeholders to enhance system performance and best practices.
