The job title for this vacancy is Anti-Social Behaviour Officer; internally, the role is known as a Neighbourhood Safety Officer. You will help customers feel safe in their homes by addressing anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches in a calm, practical, and supportive way. You will work with customers, colleagues, and partner agencies to find solutions that protect victims, challenge unacceptable behaviour, and prevent problems from escalating.
