Role
* Our client is looking to hire a Contentious Trusts senior solicitor to lead and shape a team
* Working closely with an established private wealth team to build and grow a dedicated contentious trusts practice
* Leverage existing work and client relationships from the highly regarded private client team
* Provide strategic leadership and expert advice to high-net-worth individuals, families, and institutions
* Play a key role in expanding the firm's reputation in complex trust disputes and related contentious matters
You
* 8+ PQE
* Extensive experience in contentious trusts, disputes, and estate litigation
* Strong leadership and business development skills
* Ambitious to shape a new practice area within a supportive, dynamic firm
* Proven success in building strong relationships, winning work and a client following
