Were working with a growing engineering-led business operating across critical infrastructure and energy markets, supporting complex, project-based delivery across the UK and beyond. As the business continues to scale, they are looking to hire three Project Controllers at varying levels to strengthen commercial and financial oversight across their project portfolio. This is a role that sits at the intersection of finance, commercial and project delivery - focused on ensuring projects are financially controlled, commercially sound, and ultimately deliver the profit and cash they are expected to. The Role Youll take ownership of the financial performance of projects from handover through to completion - working closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track financially and commercially. This includes: Monitoring project costs, revenue and profitability Producing forecasts and tracking performance against budget Managing cashflow, invoicing and payment applications Ensuring projects align with contractual terms and milestones Identifying risks, challenges and opportunities early Supporting conversations around project performance and outcomes At a more senior level, there will be greater involvement in leading project reviews, influencing stakeholders and driving commercial decisions.
