About the Role
Live In Carer (Self-Employed) Sponsorship can be available
Right to Work: Dependants or Post-Study Work (Graduate Visa) or Permanent Residency.
We are currently recruiting for Live-In care workers to support elderly clients in their own home. With a range of different packages from companionship to Complex Needs.
Requirements
* Caring and compassionate individuals
* 6 months experience working in a UK care setting
* You must be flexible to travel to your client placement
* Minimum of 1 week in clients home up to 6 weeks
* Must hold training certificate
* Full Enhanced DBS
* A driver’s licence is an advantage but not a requirement.
Responsibilities
* Live with the customer for the duration of your placement (short/long-term placements available)
* Prepare and cook meals
* Help with personal care
* Oversee medication and provide medical support
* Help with chores such as cleaning and vacuuming
* Help with mobility around the home (Moving and Handling)
* Run errands such as food shopping or picking up prescriptions
