To be successful in this role you will need to have an excellent track record in winning new business and be passionateabout growing and developing the Aggregatescustomer base. It's not essential for you to come from a construction industry, but what is essential is that you have aproactive sales approach, proven sales experience,show that youhave thecustomer at the heart of everything you do and pride yourself ondelivering service excellence through sustainable solutions that support decarbonation - this is key to oursuccess as it'swhat's our customers expect from us. Who you are You'll confidentlymanage an allocated sales territory to deliver above market growth through active targeting ofnew trading accounts across all sectors. Youll raise the Aggregate Industries brand within you designated sales territory and win new business,by diversification of our customer base to deliver the best product mix and value for our business You'll confidently achieve allocated sales revenue/margin, budgets and targets where you will be incentivised by acompetitive annual bonus scheme You'll Identify and research potential clients and markets, generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and online research. You'll use market analysis to stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities and analysing customer needs and preferences to tailor sales strategies. You'll be confident developing anddelivering compelling sales presentationsto potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of the construction materials supplied by the company. You'll have strong negotiation and proposal creation skills, where you will negotiate supply prices and terms with customers to secure profitable contracts and prepare and present proposals that meet client requirements. You can confidently collaborate with internal teams, as you will be working closely with the operations, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth delivery of products and services and collaborate with marketing to align strategies and promotional activities. You will be sales reporting to maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities and customerinteractions through salesforce. You will also provide regular reports to management on sales performance. You will consistently achievesales targetsand objectives in alignment with the company's overall goals and monitor and evaluate progress towards sales goals regularly. You will implement implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
