Team Leader - Children's Residential Home (EBD) Location: Bolton Salary: £30,000 per annum sleep-in payments Contract: Full-time, permanent Home: Children's Residential Home (EBD) This is an excellent opportunity for a senior residential support worker or existing team leader looking to progress within a supportive and well-structured service. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading shifts, supporting staff development, and ensuring young people receive high-quality, therapeutic care within a safe and nurturing environment. Key Duties: Lead shifts within the home, ensuring safe, consistent, and child-centred care at all times. Support the Registered Manager and Deputy Manager in the day-to-day running of the service. Provide guidance and supervision to Residential Support Workers, promoting best practice and positive outcomes. Ensure safeguarding procedures, risk assessments, and care plans are followed and regularly reviewed. Promote positive relationships and effective behaviour management strategies in line with EBD care practices. Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning and review processes. Role Details: Starting salary of £30,000 per annum plus sleep-in payments. Requirement to complete approximately 7 sleep-ins per month. 3-week rolling rota. 15-hour shift including sleep-in, starting at 8:00am and finishing at 8:30am the following day.
