Position: Crisis Scenario Designer (Full-time position)
Location: North Greenwich, London, UK. We allow remote working but you should plan to be in the office 2-3 days a week. Some projects will require you to be in the office all week and some will have you working away from home.

Salary: GPB £28-£32k depending on experience, qualifications and capabilities
Conducttr is an exciting company at the forefront of crisis simulation, combining storytelling with our proprietary mixed-reality simulation engine. Our clients include global corporations, Governments, humanitarian and defence & security organisations.
We wish to hire a confident, outgoing Crisis Scenario Designer who can work with clients to write and implement crisis simulations for live exercises and automated training. You will be responsible for developing engaging experiences and content for clients based on their requirements and using our proven design methodology.
You will work with the Head of Customer Relations to deliver realistic, immersive experiences across a wide range of topics including but not limited to business continuity, reputational risk, crisis management, supply chain issues, disaster relief, civil resilience and national emergencies.

Your responsibilities
* Work with clients to identify requirements and collaborate to design and implement crisis exercises using our crisis simulation software
* Develop scenario-related content (articles, tutorials, presentations) for customers
* Train clients using our software to build scenario exercises
* Facilitate exercises & demonstrations
* Create documentation for your projects
You must be comfortable working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, environment and be ready to take on any role if the need arises. You must own the responsibility for your deliverables and the impact you’re making; and appreciate how many people are relying on you to come through.
Requirements
You could come into this job from many different avenues of past experience & qualifications. A typical degree for this work would be Politics and History, Geography, Languages, Advertising or similar humanities subject but most degrees are acceptable. Please note that this is a delivery role, not research role.
