GSL Education is currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated KS1 Teacher to join a supportive and welcoming primary school in the Hailsham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young learners and contribute to a nurturing school community.

Role Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the KS1 national curriculum
* Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment where all pupils feel supported and motivated
* Assess and track student progress to ensure continued development
* Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers
* Follow school policies on behaviour, assessment, and safeguarding
* Take part in staff meetings, training, and school initiatives

Candidate Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential
* Proven experience teaching in KS1
* Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum
* Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
* Passionate about delivering high-quality education and supporting children’s growth
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Updated CV with relevant experience
