To see our fill list of Team Member Benefits please visit our career site:**Job Description:**Under the direction of the Slots Manager, the incumbent will assist and support manager with operational responsibilities.**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS****:**May include but are not limited to:* Currency and ticket accountability* Balance cash drawer* Employee development* Staffing and scheduling* Management of all procedures and processes that support the slot operations* Maintain the highest level of standards of guest player services* Additional duties may be appointed by slots manager**QUALIFICATIONS:*** High School Diploma/GED* Four to six years of experience in slot operations in a similar position preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.* Knowledgeable about all casino slot games.* Excellent communication and time management skills.* Should be an effective trainer.
