We’re looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Trainee HR Assistant to join our friendly HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and develop your skills in a supportive environment.

What you’ll be doing:
* Supporting the HR team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
* Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job adverts and scheduling interviews
* Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
* Helping with onboarding and induction activities
* Responding to general HR queries and providing excellent service to employees
* Contributing to HR projects and initiatives
What we’re looking for:
* A genuine interest in Human Resources and people development
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* A willingness to learn and grow within the role
