Job Description · Proactively promote & represent Accor global portfolio of luxury and lifestyle branded hotels. Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury focused Travel Partners. · Manage luxury Travel & MICE Accounts in India and develop new business opportunities. · Communicate efficiently and regularly with hotels’ sales team and define sales actions. · Follow sales budget guidelines and plan activities accordingly. · Execute related sales actions to respond to hotels’ need periods, increase production and increase awareness of Accor luxury and lifestyle brands in the markets. · Drive key sales activities with client appointments, promotions and hotels sales trips to respond to hotels’ need periods, to deliver increased market penetration and meet set revenue production objectives. · Maintain strong rapport with International Luxury & Lifestyle Hotels. · Create & execute related sales actions to respond to hotels’ need periods, increase production and increase awareness of Accor luxury and lifestyle brands in the markets. · Organize sales activities with client appointments, promotions and hotels sales trips, to deliver increased market penetration and meet set revenue production objectives. · Maintain full and accurate knowledge of the competitive hotel chains, monitor competitor activity and adjust strategy accordingly to market needs and trends. · Attend weekly activity review meetings with Executive Director Luxury Sales – Middle East, India & APAC and prepare monthly reports as and when requested by the Executive Director of Sales Luxury & Lifestyle– Middle East, India & APAC. · Identify proactively key marketing & Social Media opportunities within the market · Ensure accurate production reporting, Anais (CRM) and database at all time. Qualifications · 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role at Global Sales Level in hospitality industry · Bachelor’s Degree · Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills · Excellent Luxury Sales knowledge · Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment and work with various stakeholders across all levels · Collaborative, empathetic and innovative · Accountable, team player, ability to build relationships, work in matrix environment and with various stakeholders across all levels Additional Information · Come As You Are · Work With Purpose · Grow, Learn and Enjoy · Explore Limitless Possibilities
