We’re hiring a hands-on Marketing Manager for a UK industrial business that provides equipment and services to heavy industry and infrastructure. You’ll lead a small in-house team, turn strategy into execution, and bring real discipline to data, campaigns, and ROI. What you’ll do * Own the annual marketing plan and deliver to time and budget. * Lead and coach a small team of marketing assistants (inbound & outbound focus). * Build KPI/attribution dashboards (HubSpot/CRM) and agree lead SLAs with Sales. * Run integrated campaigns across content/SEO/paid/email to drive pipeline in core sectors. * Maximise trade shows and webinars (pre/during/post plans with measurable outcomes). * Steward a new website programme and ongoing CRO/analytics improvements. * Spend time “in the field” monthly—capture customer insights and proof points.
