Our son lives at home and requires an adult to support him in accessing activities in the community. He has autism and a rare brain condition that results in complex medical needs. You will report to us, his parents. He is friendly, very chatty, outgoing, energetic, and well-mannered. He does not display any challenging behaviour but can be highly anxious with new or unfamiliar places, people, or routines.
His interests include rollercoasters, football, cricket, swimming, 'clip n climb', bike rides, trampoline parks, eating out, and going to the cinema.
Proud member of the Disability Confident employer scheme
Disability Confident is a scheme where employers commit to inclusive recruitment practices. A Disability Confident employer will generally offer an interview to any applicant that declares they have a disability and meets the minimum criteria for the job. Please note that during high-volume or seasonal recruitment periods, the number of interviews offered may be limited. For more information, please visit Disability Confident.
