Who You Are You are a dedicated HGV Technician with a strong work ethic, operating out of Trostre Depot. You have a keen interest in vehicle engineering and are motivated by maintaining public service vehicles to a high standard. Possessing an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in light or heavy motor vehicle engineering, you are committed to contributing your skills to the efficient and safe operation of the Council's fleet. What the Job Involves This role involves working from 8am to 4pm, Monday to Thursday, and from 8am to 3.30pm on Friday. You will be responsible for servicing, inspecting, repairing, diagnosing, and maintaining a variety of Council fleet vehicles. This also includes working on the hydraulic and electrical components of specialized vehicle bodies. Your expertise ensures that all vehicles are operationally safe and maintained to the highest standards.
