An exciting opportunity has arisen for an IT Apprentice within the IT Department which will consist of an 18-month apprenticeship – 4 days on site and 1 day studying at Carlisle College.
The Successful candidate will have:
1. An understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, LAN, internet connectivity.)
2. A basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365 and common IT systems.

3. Maths & English Level 4 or an equivalent qualification.
4. An IT-related qualification – BTEC, OCR or equivalent.
5. Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
6. The ability to follow instructions and IT procedures accurately.
7. A willingness to learn and develop technical skills through training.
8. The ability to work effectively as part of a supervised team.
9. Be reliable, punctual and have basic time/task management.
