Duties as a Supply Teacher:
* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in the absence of the regular class teacher.
* Adapt to different classrooms and age groups with confidence and professionalism.
* Follow lesson plans provided or create engaging learning experiences when required.
* Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with school staff to support students’ learning and development.
Ideal Supply Teacher:
* Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
* Have experience teaching across different key stages (KS2).
* Be flexible, reliable, and able to quickly adapt to new school environments.
* Have excellent classroom management and communication skills as Supply Teacher.
* Be committed to providing high-quality teaching and maintaining school values.
