As a Pre-Construction Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in the early stages of residential development projects. You’ll be responsible for:
1. Preparing cost plans and feasibility studies
2. Supporting land acquisition and tendering processes
3. Evaluating subcontractor and supplier packages
4. Providingmercial input during design development
5. Collaborating with planning, design, and construction teams to ensure cost-effective solutions

To thrive in this role, you should have:
6. Proven experience in quantity surveying within residential construction
7. Strong pre-construction and cost planning expertise
8. Excellent analytical andmunication skills
9. A proactive approach and ability to work collaboratively across departments
10. Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
