Key Responsibilities
* Lead a development squad from a technical perspective
* Guide design, implementation, and problem-solving
* Ensure code quality and engineering best practices
* Drive delivery and remove technical blockers
* Work across APIs, integrations, and platform services
* Collaborate with Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong Experience with Dynamics CRM (or similar)
* Solid background in APIs, integrations, and services
* Experience leading developers or squads
* Hands-on approach with ownership of technical decisions
