The Opportunity This is a career-defining opportunity to join as the company's first sales hire. Working directly with the CEO and founders, you will bridge the gap between enterprise software and structured finance, transitioning from a hands‑on builder to a leader of a global sales organisation. The Mission
Revenue Ownership: Own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation through to closing and account expansion. GTM Collaboration: Work closely with leadership to refine and strengthen go-to-market strategy through feedback and execution. Process Design: Build and implement scalable sales infrastructure and repeatable revenue streams. Financial Integration: Develop and nurture key relationships across structured finance, credit risk, origination, treasury, and capital markets. Team Building: Recruit, hire, and lead the future sales team as the company scales.

The Startup Specialist: Proven success in a high-growth startup or scale-up environment. Domain Expert: Experience in enterprise software, finance, sales, and complex B2B integrations. Complex Closer: Strong experience managing multi-stakeholder deal cycles. Builder Mindset: Hands‑on, commercially driven operator with a strong focus on achieving targets and scaling revenue.
