Responsibilities
* Managing daily office administration tasks
* Answering calls and responding to emails professionally
* Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
* Preparing documents, reports, and correspondence
* Maintaining company records and databases
* Supporting senior management and office operations
* Assisting with recruitment and onboarding administration
* Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and team members
Requirements
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
* Professional attitude and willingness to learn
* Ability to multitask and work independently
* Previous administration experience is beneficial but not essential
