Job Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Slough
Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an administrative assistant. They are looking for an organised individual to provide efficient administrative support to the business, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and supporting internal teams with a high level of accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support across the business
Manage and maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets as required
Schedule meetings, appointments, and diaries
Process orders, invoices, and other administrative paperwork
Support internal departments with day-to-day administrative tasks
Ensure confidentiality and data protection standards are maintained
Assist with office coordination and general office dutiesSkills and Experience
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
