We are seeking a dedicated Cleaning Technician to join our team. Responsibilities
* Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures, using appropriate cleaning equipment and products.
* Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
* Maintain a clean and organised work environment, including storage areas for cleaning supplies.
* Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand specific cleaning requirements and address any concerns promptly.
* Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning duties to management.
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times, including the proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
* Assist with specialised cleaning tasks as required, such as deep cleans or specialised sanitation procedures.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided.
* Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional manner.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Valid driving licence is preferred to facilitate travel between multiple sites.
* Good organisational skills with attention to detail to ensure high standards of cleanliness are maintained consistently. Pay: £21,389.54-£22,250.00 per year
