Role Description
As we continue to scale, we are looking for a commercially minded Marketing Executive to drive brand growth, elevate awareness and deliver measurable impact across PR, Social Media, influencer and brand campaigns.
Reporting to the Head of Brand Marketing, the Marketing Executive will play a key role in shaping and executing OHS’s brand, PR and influencer strategy. You will lead the planning and execution of PR and influencer activity, ensure our campaigns drive brand awareness, engagement, website traffic and revenue growth. Working cross-functionally to deliver integrated 360° campaigns that support key launches and commercial priorities.
* Support the delivery of Online Home Shop’s Brand, Social Media, Influencer and PR strategy, implementing a 360 approach to planning activity and executing to a high standard in order to meet commercial objectives
* Able to work and plan effectively with the wider marketing team
* Deep understanding of the marketing landscape and experience managing PR, Influencer and Social Media comms for like-minded brands
* Solid working knowledge of all key social platforms, and creation of engaging content
* Support the Head of Brand on delivering against brand goals, including supporting on cross-functional projects outside of immediate remit (e.g. Influencer events)
* Produce weekly and monthly reports for senior leadership, with clear actionable takeaways or recommendations for growth
* Work closely with the E-Commerce Trading team to plan content effectively for key launches, as well as working collaboratively on campaign executions
* Support brand in creating content at events
* Excellent communication skills able to collaborate cross-functionally across marketing, creative, studio, buying, merchandising and ecommerce
💡 What You’ll Bring:
* Ability to manage and scale PR, Social Media & influencer outreach to constantly grow engagement and revenue
* Ability to develop strong working relationships with all key business departments e.g. Buying & Merchandising, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Warehouse, Studio, Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of all projects
* Experience in similar roles, preferably within a highly transactional B2C online retail businesses
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changes and tackle challenges efficiently and effectively
* Culture-obsessed – you are aware of what’s going on across social, influencer marketing and IRL
* Strong working knowledge of multi-channel marketing campaigns
* Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
* Strong attention to detailExcellent communication and people skills

* A team player
* At least 2 years’ experience in marketing at a fast‑paced company or start‑up
* Bachelor's degree preferably in Marketing
* Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
