The Role We’re looking for a proactive, creative and detail-driven Marketing Executive to join our growing team. This is a brilliant opportunity to play a key role in how we connect with and support our community of fitness professionals, helping them get the most from our app, our playlists, and our brand. Creating engaging content across email, blog, in-app messaging, and social channels, and working closely with the Head of Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to bring campaigns and user comms to life. What You’ll Be Doing Writing clear, compelling user communications (emails, push notifications, blogs, social content) Creating educational content that helps instructors maximise the app’s features (BPM control, Interval Timer, Recommendations, etc.) Building and scheduling email campaigns using Brevo, and crafting subject lines that drive open rates and engagement Supporting the planning and delivery of personalised push notifications via CleverTap Producing or assisting in content like screen recordings, how-to videos, and Reels Analysing user behaviour and campaign performance to inform future content and comms Maintaining a user comms calendar and surfacing key insights, FAQs and usage tips What We’re Looking For Essential Demonstrable experience in marketing, digital communications, or content creation, whether through in-house roles, freelance projects, or other hands-on experience. This would normally look like around 5 years of progressive work experience. Strong writing skills with a tone that’s clear, energetic, and instructional Familiarity with email platforms (Brevo, Mailchimp or similar) A genuine interest in music, fitness, and wellbeing Highly organised and self-motivated with a collaborative mindset Desirable Experience using push notification tools (e.g. CleverTap) Familiarity with lifecycle or product marketing Content creation/editing skills (Reels, Canva, Loom, etc.) An understanding of user segmentation and behavioural targeting A basic knowledge of music licensing (or a willingness to learn) What You’ll Get Up to £30,000 salary depending on experience Hybrid working: 3 days a week at our iconic Tileyard North office in Wakefield.
