Learning Support Assistant (Core Subject Specialist) - Full-Time (5 Days per Week)Location: Bromley, South East London
Are you an experienced and dedicated Learning Support Assistant with a strong academic background in a core subject? We are currently recruiting for a full-time LSA to work across secondary schools in Bromley, supporting students to achieve their full potential in a welcoming and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:
* Provide targeted academic support in core subjects (English, Maths, or Science) across KS3 and KS4
* Work closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive lessons
* Support students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), adapting resources and approaches to meet individual needs
* Assist in monitoring student progress and contribute to personalised learning plans
* Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes confidence and independence
Requirements:
* Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
* Strong subject knowledge in at least one core subject (English, Maths, or Science)
* Experience supporting students with SEN, including a good understanding of different learning needs
* A degree is preferred
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff
* A proactive, patient, and adaptable approach
