The role
1. Servicing an existing workflow of loan security, taxation and specialist valuation advice with an emphasis on Cambridgeshire and Northamptonshire but also across the rest of East Anglia from Essex to Lincolnshire and Suffolk to the borders of Warwickshire.
* Day to day estate management and strategic asset management advice to a mixed portfolio of institutional estates and private land-owning clients.
2. The marketing, sale and purchase of a range of rural assets including farms and farmland, rural diversified estates, residential, commercial and energy assets; woodland and nature assets; heritage and specialist agricultural assets.
3. A business development focus regionally, with professional and personal contacts; as well as industry specialist firms and secured lending institutions.
