An exciting opportunity has arisen for two skilled Business Support Administrators to join our teams within Mansfield District.
Post 1
Mansfield North Family Hub Network (including, but not limited to the following sites): Mansfield Woodhouse Family Hub, NG19 8BT and Warsop Family Hub, NG20 0AN.
Post 2
Mansfield South East Family Hub Network (including, but not limited to the following sites): Ravensdale Family Hub, NG18 2DN and Oak Tree Family Hub, NG18 3PJ.
This is a great time to join our teams as locally we are transforming our Children's Centre Service into Family Hub Networks. Our work with children 0-5 years, and their families, remains part of our core offer, and we will be expanding our service offer to 0-19 years.
We are looking for dynamic individuals to join the team to undertake a range of administrative duties. You will need to:
Be well organised and able to demonstrate initiative
Demonstrate a flexible approach to changing work demands
Possess problem-solving skills
Demonstrate good communication skills
Work well as part of a team
You will also need to be skilled in using a range of IT software including MS Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint; training will be given on specialist systems that are used within the service. The role will require accurate data inputting. You will be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations.
Please note that this is an office-based role due to the need of welcoming families with children, and young people into the building. You will need to hold a driving licence and access to your own vehicle (a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this); as there will be a need to travel between sites.
Any queries relating to the role can be sent directly to Kate Nolan - Business Support Officer
