SJK Healthcare are recruiting for the Job role of Deputy Manager, in the Lancashire area you will support the Registered Manager in the overall management of the home, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care that meets the emotional, social, and educational needs of our service users. You will assist in creating a safe and nurturing environment, adhering to all safeguarding procedures, and leading the team to achieve outstanding outcomes.
This is a permanent role paying £30,000 to £33,000
Hours are 48 per week

Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Deputy Manager or senior role within an elderly’s home.
· Knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008
· Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures, including safeguarding and child protection.
· Strong leadership and people management skills with a track record of building and maintaining a motivated and high-performing team.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, staff, and external stakeholders.
· Hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England) or equivalent.
