The Enterprise Sales Director, EMEA will beresponsible for complex direct sales working across multiplestakeholders for the PeopleCert Business and IT portfolio. To includebut not limited to Brand Awareness, Enterprise Adoption and OfficialEndorsement.
As an Enterprise Sales Director, EMEA your tasks will include the following:
* Todevelop and implement an overarching strategy for Enterprise sales inEMEA that includes:
* Leading on Corporate Engagementincluding corporate recognitions and Adoption
* Corporatedirect sales and subscriptions as well as engagement with ATO partnerchannel to drive corporate sales, working across other BusinessDevelopment teams as required
* Consultancy sales includingbut not limited to the ACP scheme, working with the GlobalPartnerships Manager
* Tool Vendor engagement working with theGlobal Partnerships Manager
* Lead on Demand Creation viaBrand Awareness through direct corporate engagement and speaking atevents as Thought Leadership
* Drive white papers and casestudies though work with corporates
* Working with Marcomms onthe Ambassador programme to grow our network.
* Work withproduct management bringing corporate feedback to support with thework to design products that address skills shortages, job functionsand everyday business problems
What we lookfor:
* 10+ years’ proven both B2C and B2Bexperience in corporate enterprise sales
* 5+ years of salesexperience in a Senior Sales role (Director, VP)
* Substantialmanagement experience with a proven track record of customerrelationship management of external customers.
* Demonstrableexperience of effective negotiation, including developing and agreeingcollaboration both internal and external
* Experience ofdelivering targets to agreed timeframes
* Experience ofpreparing and presenting business cases/proposals.
* Abilityto work to tight deadlines to achieve goals
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, andwritten communication skills
* Well organized, self-driven,flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, anddeadline-driven environment
* Advanced computer literacy isrequired.
* Effective people management and development skillsgained through previous managerial experience
* Analyticalthinking, effective and timely decision-making, problem-solving andchange management skills
* Ability to think “outside of thebox” and “connect the dots” to derive the bigger picture, passion forsuccess and drive for results
* Proven problem-solving andanalytical track record.
* Strong communication skills andproven track record in working in cross-regional, cross-functionalteams with interactions at departmental head level.

Working on HomeOffice (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)
Anyperson who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service mustundergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable toPeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELTpersonnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided byPeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/orbankruptcy must be declared.
If working on the SELT service inthe UK, background checks will include:
* A basic orenhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check
* Right toWork in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place ofresidence)
* HO security check (Baseline Personnel SecurityStandard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)
* Financialbackground check
* Employment reference check.
* Ifworking on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK)personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to thosestated for the UK.
In addition, if personnel arerequired to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriatelyskilled in English language and, where SELT services are providedanywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language ofthe relevant country.
