ABOUT THE ROLE You will take a leading role in delivering structural engineering projects, working across a range of building schemes from concept through to construction. You’ll be responsible for technical delivery, coordination with other disciplines, and ensuring outputs meet both client expectations and internal quality standards. Alongside design, you’ll contribute to project management—supporting programme, resources, and commercial performance—while also providing guidance to more junior engineers. As you develop in the role, you’ll take on increased responsibility in client engagement and business development, contributing to proposals, strengthening relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the team. YOUR IMPACT You’ll contribute to projects that support resilient, sustainable buildings across the UK. Your work will influence how structures respond to environmental challenges, regulatory pressures, and long-term performance requirements, helping clients deliver projects that are robust and future-ready. Internally, your impact will extend to developing people and strengthening delivery. By mentoring engineers and contributing to a collaborative team environment, you’ll help build capability while shaping your own progression into more senior leadership.
