Housing Manager (Housing) - Bath & North East Somerset Council Immediate Start Available Salary: £215 Per Day Hours: Monday to Friday – 08:30am – 17:00pm Working Schedule: 37 Hours Location: Keynsham Civic Centre, BS31 1FS Experience of managing social and/or supported housing is essential. Essential Knowledge and Experience: In depth knowledge and proven experience of managing social and supported housing schemes including compliance with the Regulator of Social Housing standards and requirements. Proven experience managing delegated budgets, optimising income, and ensuring efficient spending to support high quality housing and resident services. Demonstrated leadership and management expertise, with a proven capacity to guide teams in achieving complex and occasionally conflicting objectives. The ability to write clear business plans and policies that address identified issues and set strategic direction using evidential analysis. Capable of performing efficiently and effectively in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, handling challenging client behaviours with composure, and integrity. Desirable Knowledge and Experience: Experience working with vulnerable and sometimes challenging individuals with an understanding of safeguarding, health and safety, and risk management within a housing context.
