Full‑time, permanent role: 37.5 hours per week. Office working at our Upavon, Wiltshire office. As part of the induction process you may be required to attend an in‑person, 1.5 day induction at our offices in Bovington.

At Capita Recruiting Partnering Project, we transform the British Army's recruitment service. Our team constantly improves the recruitment process for both the Regular Army and the Reserves.
Responsibilities
* Answering calls from individuals looking to join the British Army
* Responding to online webchat enquiries
* Accurately updating the internal database
* Escalating any problems or issues that may occur
* Responding to candidate questions regarding various stages in the recruitment process
* Supporting team members as and when required
Qualifications
Essential
* Previous customer service skills - face to face or over the telephone
* Good IT skills using Microsoft Office Suite
* Adaptability to in‑house databases
* Comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently
* Active listening skills with the ability to type key information at the same time
* Must have the flexibility to work a shift pattern, between the hours of 8.15am-7pm
* Empathy and patience
Desirable
* Familiarity with army careers, would be an advantage
