A Senior Accounts Receivable Administrator plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of DO & CO. You will support and collaborate with managers to complete daily tasks and uphold the high standards of the company. Your responsibilities include engaging with the DO & CO Family, ensuring effective communication of reports, and contributing to the finance department's growth. You should have a passion for numbers, experience with process improvements, and a drive to leverage technology for efficiency.
What will you be doing?
* Processing invoices, resolving missed payments, updating financial records, supervising staff engaged in similar activities.
* Collaborating with account managers to establish new customer accounts and customize invoicing.
* Maintaining billing systems, generating invoices and statements, performing reconciliations.
* Producing financial and management reports, investigating irregularities, and supporting financial analysis.
* Validating information before invoicing, maintaining data accuracy, and handling customer queries.
* Responding professionally to customer requests, maintaining relationships within the DO & CO Family and stakeholders.
* Taking responsibility for your actions, supporting your team, and celebrating successes.

Qualifications
* Over 3 years’ experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivable.
* Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business management.
* Integrity, discretion, confidentiality.
* Familiarity with financial software, spreadsheets, analytical and organizational skills.
* Strong financial understanding, time management, accuracy, and attention to detail.
* Passion for high-end cuisine, professional appearance, positive attitude.
* Excellent communication skills in English, proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
