We’re now hiring a Senior Software Engineer in a unique Pre-sales Deployed Engineer role to join us at the intersection of tech and customer success.
What You’ll Do
As a Pre-sales Deployed Engineer, you’ll be a critical part of how we introduce Windsurf to new enterprise customers. This isn’t your typical engineering role — you’ll blend deep technical expertise with a strong product sense and people skills to help customers understand, trial, and love our tools.
* Act as the technical expert in sales conversations — whether it’s with developers or the C-suite.
* Lead product deep dives, live demos, and technical evaluations that highlight our AI-powered magic.
* Translate real-world customer feedback into meaningful product insights for our Engineering and Product teams.
* Build resources that scale — from internal tools to developer guides, blog posts, and onboarding materials.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering to drive adoption and success.

* Bonus: You’ve worked in a startup or fast-paced environment, and you’re excited by ambiguity and impact.
