Belmont Recruitment are currently seeking a Junior Solicitor to join Bury Council’s Legal Services team within their Commercial Property division. This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week (Monday to Friday) on a hybrid basis. The incoming Junior Solicitor will provide high-quality legal advice, support, and representation on a wide range of commercial property matters. This includes assisting with land acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations, landlord and tenant matters, and supporting regeneration and development projects across the borough.
