Key Responsibilities:

Support students across various subjects in the primary and secondary schools.

Collaborate closely with teachers to plan, create, and deliver tailored learning activities for individuals, groups, or entire classes across all grade levels.

Provide personalised learning support, aligned with a student:centered approach.

Motivate and guide students, helping them develop essential attributes, skills, and knowledge.

Foster positive and lasting relationships with students, addressing their unique learning needs.

Monitor and assess student progress using various evaluation methods.

Provide objective and comprehensive feedback and reports on student performance.

Contribute to the institutions broader vision and mission.
You Will:

Have recent experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related role, or demonstrate a strong passion for working with students aged 7+.

Possess knowledge of, or a willingness to learn about, the National curriculum and additional support needs.

Exhibit effective written and verbal communication skills.
*
