London (Hybrid) | £50,000 – £60,000
We’re a 24-person team on an ambitious growth journey — doubling in size over the next 12 months. To make that happen, we’re looking for our first Talent & People Operations Lead to take the lead on hiring amazing people across the business.
What you'll do
* Own end-to-end hiring: sourcing, interviewing, and closing top talent.
* Build scalable, repeatable recruitment processes.
* Partner with hiring managers to define roles and deliver great candidate experiences.
* Bonus: if you bring People Ops skills — onboarding, performance, or compensation frameworks — you’ll have the chance to shape our people strategy as we scale (and move to the top end of the salary band).
What we're looking for
* 3–6 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition / People Ops, ideally in a high-growth environment.
* Proven track record of sourcing and closing hires directly.
* Strong communicator who can sell our mission and culture.
* Bonus: experience building people frameworks (onboarding, progression, comp & benefits).
