We are recruiting an e xperiencedFinance Manager/Bookkeeper for a well-establishedand forward-thinking business with astrong track record of success. The company has built a loyal customer base and continues to grow. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in SMEs and a proven ability to manage end-to-end financial processes. Reporting to the Finance Director, duties will include: Maintaining the sales and purchase ledgers. Processing payroll. Balance sheet reconciliations. Prepare & submit quarterly VAT returns. Bank reconciliations. Cash management. Credit control. Identifying, improving and streamlining processes. Dealing with third parties, including insurance providers, banks etc. Other ad hoc duties as required. We are looking for: The successful candidate will be qualifiedAAT, part qualified CIMA or ACCAorqualified by experienc eAccountant. Good IT skills, including strong Excel skills, are essential. You should be a self-startermotivated, proactive, and ready to take ownership to ensure continuous progress.
