Client Relationship Manager
This newly created role presents a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing team within a reputable law firm known for its excellence in corporate and FS sectors. The firm is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to support the Head of Client Development, playing a key role in shaping the firm's client strategy and best practices in key client management.
This client-facing role involves managing relationships across various elements of client engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with partners and fee earners, providing essential support to drive growth and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities include:
1. Collaborating with Client Relationship Partners and Core Client Teams on a select portfolio of strategic clients to identify opportunities, develop plans, and foster growth.
2. Building relationships with client contacts at different levels within their organizations to gather insights, influence plans, and enhance the client experience.
3. Supporting the Head of Clients in implementing new tools and resources for the Key Client Programme and promoting their use within your portfolio.
4. Participating actively in the firm's Client Listening Programme.
5. Assisting in developing innovative client solutions based on feedback and business needs, such as refining the secondment process to improve the secondee-client experience.
