The Role: Manage and inspire a small team, fostering a positive and productive environment. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both in-store and over the phone. Drive business growth through engagement with new and existing customers. Ensure high profit margins are achieved on all sales. Act as a liaison between the branch and the senior management team, ensuring smooth operations. Skills & Experience: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
