Responsibilities
Carry out Quantity Surveying functions to support the management of measurement, valuations, applications for payment and the final account with the client and their representatives.
Preparation and/or checking of sub-contractor measurements in relation to applications for payment, preparation of contra charges and agreement of final accounts.
Undertake sub-contract procurement duties as directed by your Manager.
Knowledge & Skills
* Candidates who have at least one year of practical experience with a main contractor on refurbishment projects in London & the South East will be preferred for this role.
* Are able to communicate effectively with the team and with the supply chain.
* Are able to demonstrate an understanding of the construction process.
* Are able to demonstrate the ability to work in an analytical way with attention to detail.
* Degree qualified in a relevant subject to the role.
