We are looking for a proactive Campaign manager to join Lidl GB to execute high-impact brand and trade campaigns, delivering our customers More to Value. Working within a collaborative and agile team, you’ll be responsible for managing end to end campaigns across owned and paid channels. What you'll do Manage the execution of best in class brand and trade driving campaigns that deliver against business strategy and objectives Own 360 campaign delivery across paid and owned channels Manage and align internal stakeholders, external agencies and International counterparts, ensuring campaigns are aligned to the Global brand Manage and optimize the campaign process from brief to execution to ensure efficient ways of working Ensure all marketing materials have been through the necessary sign off processes and are compliant with internal and industry guidelines and standards Support management of agency relationships to ensure that work is delivered to brief, on time and to budget, and that all KPI’s are met What you'll need Proven experience in brand campaign management Experience of working in a fast paced environment, managing multiple projects at the same time Excellent interpersonal and social skills, including influencing and conflict management Strong understanding of channel mix (AV, audio, press, OOH, social) Experience of working with creative and media agencies to deliver campaigns with impact Experience of project management tools such as Asana Strong attention to detail What you'll receive 35 days holiday (pro rata) 10% in-store discount Sabbatical Enhanced family leave Pension scheme Plus, more of the perks you deserve You’re Lidl like us.
